Hurricane Grill and Wings is a fast-growing franchise concept with 45 units in six states. O’Dowd is the former CEO of Famous Dave’s of America and Rainforest Café.

My personal favorite is sea salt and vinegar.

Our mahi mahi sandwich and philly cheesesteak.
If you could be anywhere, eating any meal at any restaurant?
Besides being at Hurricane Grill and Wings, I would be in Paris at the L’auberge, and I would be having the scallops with truffle sauce and an ’88 Pouilly-Fuissé.
Hurricane Grill and Wings is a destination for watching sports. What kind of sports do you like to watch?
I like football and soccer. My favorite football team is the Pittsburgh Steelers. That’s my hometown and the Steelers will always be my favorite. I don’t really have a favorite soccer team.
